How we handle your information, under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
From businesses
- Your name, business name, email and phone number.
From drivers
- Your name, email and phone number.
- Your vehicle details.
- Your driver licence, which we sight to check it is current. We don’t keep a copy.
- Weekly photos of your vehicle and its odometer.
- Your bank account number, so we can pay you.
Why we collect it
- To run campaigns: match businesses with vehicles, arrange signs and send weekly reports.
- To check signs are on and to record kilometres driven.
- To pay drivers.
- To reply when you contact us.
Who sees it
- Advertisers see photos of the vehicles and the general areas they drive. Never drivers’ names, faces, home addresses or number plates.
- Our partner sign shop, [SIGN PARTNER], gets what it needs to make and fit signs.
- We don’t sell your information. We only share it if the law requires it.
Where it’s stored
- What you send through our forms is stored with Cloudflare, our website host. Bookings are handled by Calendly and email by Google. Their servers may be outside New Zealand.
- Only the people who need your information can access it.
- We keep your information only while we need it, then delete it securely.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email our privacy officer (below).
See or correct your information
- You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email our privacy officer (below).
- If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
