The deal, in plain English.
For advertisers
- Prices and minimum terms are the launch prices on our Advertise page.
- Billing is monthly, in advance. Deposit: 50% of the first month, paid before signs are ordered. The rest is due when the campaign starts.
- After your minimum term, you can cancel any time with 2 weeks’ notice.
- Signs are quoted by our partner sign shop ([SIGN PARTNER]) and paid to them directly. We receive a referral fee from them.
- If a driver stops, we replace the car with a similar one in the same area within 7 days, or credit the missed days pro rata.
- We report weekly with photos and kilometres. Any reach figure is an estimate, and we don’t guarantee results.
- Your ad must be legal, not misleading, and follow the Advertising Standards Authority codes. We can decline any ad.
- Signs only go on vehicles used for everyday driving.
- Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last month.
- As a business customer, you agree the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn’t apply, where the law allows.
- New Zealand law applies.
Minimum terms
- Starter, Local, Takeover, Vans and utes: 1 month
- Event week: 1 week
- Half wraps, Full wraps, Van & ute half wraps, Van & ute full wraps: 6 months
For drivers
- These points summarise the driver agreement you get when you sign up. The agreement is what counts.
- Your pay starts when your vehicle is on a paid campaign.
- You’re an independent contractor, not an employee.
- You can stop any time with 7 days’ notice.
- We never ask you for money.
